Question 1

What does Promenade 360 actually do?

Accepted Answer

We work as channel partners for developers in Bengaluru. You tell us your budget, preferred location, and what you want in a home. We curate a small shortlist of projects that genuinely fit, and walk you through the honest pros and cons of each — so you can decide with full eyes open.

Question 2

How much does this cost me?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Our advisory is completely free for homebuyers. There is no fee, no obligation, and no purchase required to get a shortlist or talk to us.

Question 3

Will I get spam calls from developers?

Accepted Answer

No. This is the promise our brand is built on: we never sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal details with developers or any third party. The only people who will call you are us, when you ask us to.

Question 4

Which city do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Bengaluru only — and deliberately so. One city, known deeply: localities, builders, price movements, infrastructure plans, and the honest character of each micro-market.

Question 5

How do you decide what to shortlist for me?

Accepted Answer

We match your brief against verified developer projects in your budget and location, then rank the best fits. Every option comes with its strengths and its honest caveats written down — including the ones a sales team would rather not mention.

Question 6

Do you pressure us to close quickly?

Accepted Answer

Never. We advise like a friend, not a floor. Take your time, revisit options, ask the same question twice, and come back when you are ready. A rushed decision on your biggest purchase serves nobody.

Question 7

What happens after we buy?

Accepted Answer

We stay. Documentation, snagging, registration, RERA questions — we remain on the line long after the keys arrive, and we help you through any of it.

Question 8

I am a developer. How do I list my projects?

Accepted Answer

Create a developer account from the dashboard, add your company and RERA details, and upload your projects with pricing and inventory. Our team verifies every listing before it goes live to buyers.
