What we collect

When you share your requirement with us, we collect only what we need to help you: your name, phone number, optional email address, budget range, preferred property type, and preferred location in Bengaluru.

If you are a developer onboarding with us, we additionally collect your company details, RERA registration number, and project information you choose to list.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose only: to prepare and share a curated shortlist of properties that genuinely fit your requirement, and to communicate with you about it.

Our team reviews each requirement personally. We do not use automated calling or bot systems to contact you.

We never sell or share your data

This is the promise our brand is built on: we do not sell, rent, or hand your phone number or personal details to developers, brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

Developers never receive your contact information from us. If a developer needs to reach you during a site visit we have arranged together, we coordinate it ourselves and stay in the loop.

How we protect it

Your details are stored securely, and access is limited to the Promenade 360 team members who work on your requirement.

We never store payment information. We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, or bank details over calls or messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your requirement details while we are actively helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us for your next home. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so promptly.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to: show you what details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them entirely. A simple call, message, or email is enough — we will confirm the change within one working day.
