Promenade 360 is a real estate advisory service operating in Bengaluru, India. We work as channel partners for developers and help homebuyers find properties that match their budget and location preferences.

Our advice is independent: every recommendation we share comes with its honest pros and cons, and you are never obligated to act on it.

For homebuyers

Our advisory service is free for homebuyers. There is no fee, no obligation, and no purchase required to receive a shortlist or consult with us.

We never sell or share your contact details with developers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Property information

Project details, pricing, and availability on this website are provided by the respective developers, or based on information available to us at the time of publishing. Prices and inventory change frequently and may change without notice.

We work to keep listings accurate and current, but you should always verify final pricing, carpet area, RERA registration, and availability directly with us before making any decision. We will help you do this verification.

No guarantee of outcomes

We curate and advise; we do not guarantee that any specific property will remain available, that prices will not change, or that any transaction will complete. All purchases are made directly between you and the developer, on terms you agree with them.

We will, however, stay with you through documentation, snagging, registration, and any RERA-related questions, including after handover.

For developers

Developers listing projects with us are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, pricing, and images they provide, and confirm that all listed projects hold valid RERA registration where required.

We may decline to list, unpublish, or send back any listing for review at our discretion, and we moderate all content before it becomes publicly visible.

Website use

All content on this website, including our brand, text, and imagery, belongs to Promenade 360 and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access data that is not yours, or submit false information through our forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
